Some candles may be on Pre-Order, due to the fact that these are hand poured in our warehouse. If you order on pre order, you will be given an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.
We currently deliver to everywhere in the UK, Europe and Ireland. If you are from elsewhere and are interested in our product, get in touch and we can see what we can offer.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to an alternative address.
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details which you can find in your dispatch confirmation email. It may be that no one was home when a delivery attempt was made, so the courier may attempt to re-deliver this to you on the following working day.
The courier company will always keep the tracking information up to date. This is why its recommended to include a contact telephone number at checkout so the delivery driver can contact you with any updates.

Yes! If you are wanting to send a product as a gift to someone, simply include there delivery details at checkout and you can get it delivered straight to their address!

We will send your order on a trackable delivery service so you can always view its journey to you. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email with your tracking details.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wellnessbymanuel.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the product has been open and used, we are unable to accept this as a return unless an allergic reaction has developed.
You may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 30 days of the purchase. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product's packaging has not been opened, used or damaged, and the product is in a re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund within 14 working days of returning your item please contact us for assistance.

We always recommend that you burn your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. This will ensure that the wax burns evenly and the treatment takes affect as you breath in the scented air.
Ensure that you trim the wick to about 1cm before relighting. Do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
Our Eco Wicks are high quality and are made from pure cotton and thin paper filaments interlaced for a more stable and consistent burn.

As our candles are made from 100% soy wax we recommend burning your candle within 24 months to get the best burn time.
We recommend that you burn the candle for a minimum of 2 hours and max of 4 hours every time, this will allow the wax to fully pool to the edges of the vessel which will create an even burn. Burning for less than 2 hours may make the wax not burn evenly which could reduce the overall burn time.
We do not have an organic certification at this time, but our products use all organic ingredients. We ensure to source quality ingredients from responsible producers who care for not only the product, but also people and the environment.
All of our candles are hand poured in our warehouse in Leeds, UK. We only use the highest quality soy wax, eco wicks and essential oils.

Yes, all of our candles are vegan and cruelty free. We only use naturally derived ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
We are not authorised on this matter, and there is a lot of debate about the safety of using essential oils during pregnancy. As a rule of thumb its best to avoid essential oils during the first trimester. We do however strongly recommend any expecting mothers to consult their midwife before using product that contain essential oils, including ours.
- After the candle is fully used, melt the remaining wax using boiling hot water, and clean out the jar using warm water and leaving to dry
- Soak the seed paper in water
- Fill the empty pot with soil
- Rip up the seed paper into small squares and cover the pot
- Cover the paper with ¼” of soil
- Place the pot somewhere warm and light
- Keep the soil moist until sprouts mature
- Water daily
- Watch your seeds blossom into beautiful wild flowers ( morning candle) or lavender ( night candle)
If you plant your seed paper according to the instructions, you should see sprouts within 7-10 days! The plants will grow and mature at different rates depending on the surrounding conditions but typically you will see wildflowers blooming with 8-12 weeks.
Yes, our seed paper is 100% biodegradable. It will take approximately 3 weeks to fully biodegrade.

We recommend watering every day or every other day
